      Good place to learn and grow. You will be glad you joined. Excellent work culture, Secured work environment. Free transport for engineers Opportunity for growth. Staff are considered first but outsourcing roles. HMO covers more health related issues and other family members Other benefits include, pension, 13th month, salary increment after 6months of joining. You can apply for a higher role after 6months of joining and many other benefits.

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
