It’s been around two years I’ve been a part of this family. I had tons of experience as TeachEdison was my first ever organisation to work with.And today when I look back I’m able to visualise my path which began from an engineering graduate without having any idea about what engineers actually do to what I’m today.All these happened only because of the support from the TeachEdison Family. I still remember the First day at my office, It was literally a big home where we even had our own kitchen with all the requirements for a typical kitchen. Literally you can cook whatever you want at whenever you need. I was surprised to see that there were no specific hierarchy at all. If you are having any doubts or concerns there is no barriers inside the company. You can directly ask your CEO Deepak Murugaian or Director Neeraj Krishnamoorthy like “Hey man.I need your help in this”. The CEO or Director is having anything to discuss with anybody, they do the same. The work culture was as amazing as we don’t feel like we are working.You don’t need to stick to a specific desk and spend your whole day. You can sit wherever you feel comfortable at the entire office space. And what about playing cricket inside the workspace? It’s happens at TeachEdison We used to play cricket whenever we feel. Not in a specific area which is allotted to play.But marking our desks as boundaries. The support and compassion which I got from our CTO Sivakumar S is immense.There were times, in which I felt I couldn’t code and I will not be able write better code at the initial days.Sivakumar S was the one who persuaded me to believe in me and cherish. The encouragement, Support and love which I got from Team Caravel.AI especially Vamsi Kurama and Guru Sainath along with Bhavesh Raja was priceless.Guru Sainath is the one whom I believe as my coding guru.I would like to thank you guys for keeping myself motivated. You guys are awesome. And I proudly remember my first flight ✈️ in my life was also happened through TeachEdison ,that too with The CEO. There are lots of things I missed to list out about TeachEdison .But I’m keeping this post very small. As I’m beginning with a new chapter of my life I have to say bye to TeachEdison. I’m really thankful to each of my colleagues. And I’m pretty sure that our product EdisonOS will be on top of the table when compared to any of the EdTech products out there in the market.❤️ I wish you all success in future and will keep in touch.
