- Really sharp, fun, thoughtful team. Everyone cares deeply about equity in education, and in-house expertise is really impressive. - Very flexible environment. It's the only place I've worked where there isn't an unspoken cap on "unlimited" vacation. Lots of people with young children who prioritize their families. Not as aggressive/relentless as other startup cultures. No one ever Slacks me on evenings & weekends expecting a response. - Each person has real ownership and a lot of autonomy to drive the direction of the company.

- Very startuppy, which is good or bad depending on your work style! Still a pretty flat org, lots of decisions are made in meetings everyone's in, prioritization can be a challenge. There's a lot we want to do, but only so much we can actually do as a small team.
