Svantaggi
-Days are long 7 til 7 sometimes. - Training is very generic and you have to travel there if you don't live in Birmingham . It is all expenses paid but isnt worth the visit as essentially the trainer will read off a PowerPoint and ask you to regurgitate it back. -They tell you after the initial training that you have "all the tools you need to be great" but in reality it can take a long time to be "great" and they expect your success to be overnight. They don't cover certain legislation such as gdpr in depth or give scenarios in training so you are left in dark re this and only gets highlighted once you make a mistake. They want everyone to use the same approaches, not open to people doing things differently even if it gets the same or better results. -Day is planned out for you which for some people might work, but I think most people want to be trusted and given some autonomy as to how they structure their day. Would work better if the day plan was a guide rather than gospel. -Face has to fit, you need to be a certain personality to fit in - loud is usually the main one as everyone seems to shout down the phones. -Managers and trainers will pressure you by making you compete with your colleges on a score board. It's demoralising if you aren't doing well and some desks are colder than others, so sometimes is not the fault of the recruiter that they are struggling. This isn't taken into account and they are just told to try again or try harder. - -Even if you are doing well, if you say you are stressed they will take that to mean you aren't committed and grill you, saying things like "do you even want to be here?" rather than support you to feel less stressed . - People crying in the office is a thing. -high turn over rate isn't surprising - Handovers aren't a thing when taking over someone's desk , mine was a 10 minute phone call rather than phased , so you are left to feel out of your depth, but condescendingly told "you got all the tools you need in training" when you highlight this and ask for support.
