It is unfortunate that we did not hear your complaints during our monthly staff meetings where we ask for feedback on how we can better serve our educators or during your weekly calls with our placement department. We want and need your feedback to make sure our employees remain satisfied with the efforts of our organization. Our hiring requirements which are stated in our phone interview, in-person interview, and orientation is that our staff must be available to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:30pm, remain available up until 12noon, and be willing to travel up to 20 miles. These requirements are in place to ensure our teachers work every day and earn full time hours. Our placement department works strategically with our clients to focus on all of our teachers getting an assignment every day. For the 2014-2015 school year, 96% of our staff were placed on an assignment daily. While we currently do not offer health insurance we do offer other benefits such as state approved online-training, professional development workshops, career path guidance, teacher of the week and year awards, and a CDA scholarship. We are committed to encouraging our staff to become better individuals and great educators through training and furthering their education. Throughout Metro Atlanta our hourly pay rates are also the highest in the private sector and top five in comparison with the public school sector.
