2yThanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry to hear your view of leadership. We have tried hard in the last few months to provide transparency around strategy and vision for the future but appreciate there is always rooms for improvement. We do have multiple ways in which we listen to employees from our bi annual engagement survey to roundtables, our managers and platforms such as this - we hope this captures sentiment and we can makes change where needed. Admittedly with inflation it has been very hard to meet salary expectations recently however we also endeavour to do our best but appreciate people will still be disappointed. Thanks again for the honest and constructive feedback.
