The people I've met here have become some of my closest friends and most-respected acquaintances. They're experienced and work really hard to keep our IC Drivers safely on the road while striving to comply with DOT and FMCSA policies. Every position I've had at this company came with a training and transitional period before being fully immersed in the new work/requirements. I'm thankful for that. I can't begin to thank all those who gave their support when I lost my mother, grandfather, and grandmother (all my remaining elders) in a ~2-4-year span while working here. There's so much I owe this company, and I've had the pleasure of seeing a lot of that patience, attention, and kindness spill over to our IC Drivers.

First, I have no real complaints. The road is long, but there are definitely more good days than bad days.

The people within the company are absolutely amazing to work with.

More than half of the higher ups left the moment they hired a new CEO/CFO. They are just awful people who are tanking the company, along with the general moral of the employees. It was evident how everyone was feeling. Within the past 2 years a large portion of the employees were either let go, demoted, or left on their own. One of their best employees who does everything on their own, was told they could easily be replaced by a college student making $17/hr. No one knows how to do their job though. Management spends more times on meetings, than actually helping their teams. That's not really their fault, The CEO requests it. I think because she's losing it and can't remember anything because we would literally repeat the same things over and over to her. Working there the last year or was a living hell.
