Disorganized. Immature. Lays out a strategy and then changes midstream. Consistently losing top talent to their competition. Decision making process is very slow and sales processes are behind their competitors. They are trying to sell the business and have problems focusing on growing revenue.

Industry going through major change which is impacting the company financially. Frustrated attempts to sell the business leading to lack of focus from management on the day to day strategy. No salary raise, bonus paid over last 2 years. No career progression plan in place. Series of layoffs affecting employee morale. Management team needs better direction to turn the business around. Management has little empathy for the team and what people are going through.
