      Direct managers are great, however there are bigger fish then them and our Managers drown helplessly

      The company is that big that smaller people who actually deal with client issues and clients in general are not seen. When they dont need you they dont have any issues getting you out. No recognition , no appreciation however there are bigger fish then direct managers and Managers drown helplessly

      some good hardworking people work there

      Disorganized. Immature. Lays out a strategy and then changes midstream. Consistently losing top talent to their competition. Decision making process is very slow and sales processes are behind their competitors. They are trying to sell the business and have problems focusing on growing revenue.
