Working at TeamCMP is a great experience. I am surrounded by passionate, smart and fun people. We have offices in the city centre and we are allowed to work remotely if we decide to do so. At least for now. At the office we have lunch options, snacks, drinks and a huge terrace. Depending on the team you are going to work in, you can find more or less challenges but you'll definitely find help from your team members as well as members from other teams. There is possibility to grow within the team and the company. We used to have parties, before the pandemic, and I am sure once this situation will be over we will celebrate in the way we used to. I can't even imagine!

We have a diversified portfolio of projects, some more exciting than others, some more challenging than others. This diversification can be a burden sometimes when trying to work on parts of the business that serve more than one project. The company is growing and trying to adapt to the changes while maintaining the culture. Obviously part of it is lost, but I see they are trying hard to keep up and to adapt.
