      Extreme lack of structure, growing faster than they can keep up with (too many teams from various companies who don’t know how to work together) and the layoff process was brutal. Hired and laid off in an incredibly short amount of time.

Even though we’re proud of being a fully remote and welcoming workplace, we also recognize that our growth and the changes we made created real challenges for our people.
