      I love working with a wide range of swimmers from different age groups and talent levels. The working relationship with other coaches is outstanding as we all care about the swimmers more than the pay.

      It can get hectic. With so many swimmers all under 18, it can be tough, but we make it work during every practice and every meet.

      Crazy hours, they call last minute for practices. Dishonest owners. Low pay. Can’t write your own practices.
