Standard office perks most companies offer with free drinks, good healthcare. Nothing too special or worth skipping out on better offer elsewhere.

German office and US office are two completely separate entities. I wouldnt mind working in HQ, but US office is just German satellite office with investors running it into the ground. You will regret after 2 months starting here that you took the offer. If its such a great company then why does HR have to continuously post the positive reviews on here?! Because I can assure you they are not coming from current or former employees
