Everything is repetitive in TeamViewer, especially in sales. If you are close to the sales director, you might get a fish one day. If you are against the management you will be fired too soon as happened to some professional people. There are regular meeting but for the sake of meeting. Your feedback is not valued and your voice will not be heard as the sales director just push it back. Nothing will change except the empty word 'PUSH' HR department (VP) supports high ranked seniors and push back almost all cases that are escalated to them.
