This should be subsidised, or an allocated allowance should be supplied - Sales is becoming very difficult as the market is being exhausted by competitors, resulting in high staff turnover in certain departments and teams - Shifts in management have impacted some teams negatively, but this may improve - It's an outbound/inbound call centre, customers can be abusive - Base pay rate could be a little higher
