- Incompetent leadership that makes impulsive decisions with little to no regard for employee morale, ranging from arbitrary terminations to constantly changing goals for quarterly acquisition targets - Middle management is no better as they are extremely toxic, constantly micromanage, have no experience in management, and hold double standards for their responsibilities and that of their team members. Little to no meritocracy and more so a politics game which decreases morale even further. - WLB is difficult to attain as the expectations are to constantly be on call in addition to an overwhelming workload - Management responds poorly to feedback so employees are expected to just adapt blindly to whatever whims management is feeling on any given day
