There is little to no recognition for hard work unless you’re part of the “in” crowd. This has led to a hostile and demoralizing work environment. Lack of Direction: The company’s vision and strategy are unclear, leading to constant shifts in priorities and responsibilities. Employees are often left in the dark, trying to figure out where the company is headed. Burnout: Due to the lack of clear direction, excessive workloads, along with the many rounds of mass layoffs & firings of beloved coworkers, burnout is inevitable.
