Tech Centre is honestly a brilliant place to work! The management’s absolutely top-notch – super approachable and always up for a chat if you need anything. They really know how to keep things running smoothly without piling on the pressure. The hours are spot-on, giving you a nice work-life balance, and the pay’s cracking too – definitely worth it! What really makes this place shine, though, is the team. Everyone’s so friendly and supportive, and there’s always a good laugh to be had. It doesn’t feel like work when you’re surrounded by such a cracking bunch of people.

Fellow engineers were great people

Everything about the company. Managers would lie straight to your face Managers refused to take responsibility for their own actions and pinned the blame on engineers. Profit margins came before staff and customers. Nothing done to improve staff morale. False promises from higher ups Constant belittling from managers and owner of company. Health and safety is non existent in that place. We once had a flood and was told to carry on working through it regardless of whether or not your electronics were effected or not. They lie to you when you first start telling you that there are changes of moving up within the company but you will never see an opportunity to progress.
