Loved my time at Tech Elevator! Really appreciated the mission and all the people that I got to work with.

Covid changed lots about the operation/switching to virtual classes. But overall had a great experience!

Campuses and student-facing employees were some of the most hard-working and passionate employees who put students first, often shielding them from the corporate nonsense that came from Stride.

Stride took over and gutted the company at the expense of student outcomes then blamed Covid and later AI. Covid certainly had an impact but not as much as getting rid of the majority of people who helped students on the pathways side. Our pathway teams used to know most recruiters in the area, and had great relationships with companies but then got reassigned to do other work that was not beneficial to students. They used to know students and career coach them individually. Now they students watch videos and get massive Zoom calls.
