Work from home, okay health insurance, some flexibility

Limited days of work from abroad, was not much flexibility to choose shift hours at the beginning but last year got better. In reality project itself could have been executed with 4 hours for everyone to be "in the office" simultaneously and the rest could have been distributed throughout the day according to personal preference, there was no need to be at exact time frame online all together as everyone on the team was capable of doing their work well solo. No team-buildings or meetings to socialize and improve connection in real life, no birthday presents/ bonuses, no yearly performance reviews. Last years salary for our project was not corresponding client's expectations and expenses of life in Lisbon
