Working for an MSP is challenging due to the amount and diversity of clients. Thankfully, I feel prepared with the many tools provided and the helpful expertise of my coworkers.
What really sets us apart is everyone here truly cares about each other and clients, and I see that daily.
All this makes for an experience which challenges me to grow in both technical and relational ways.

Management is not only open, but actively asking and encouraging ideas from the ground up on what can be improved or created.

This can be very challenging work and at a fast pace. Management is pretty good about removing roadblocks and not letting me spin for too long, but getting stuck can still be frustrating.
Working in a smaller company means wearing a lot of role hats, so it can be difficult to balance everything out.
