Started as College Graduate and given good training at TechM.

Svantaggi

Project allocation to employee was random which is very bad. Compensation was held with company till end of year. Will never distribute whole package. The WORST part is appraisal cycle completes very late, so company holds employees' annual package. They say that 10% in A, 70% in B, remaining 20% in C or D as per appraisal in every project team. So even if all employees work good someone has to be pray of system which is VERY BAD.

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
