Give good package to attract resources. Only have telecom project. Not a secure IT job

Attracts talents with good package ,if no project asking associate to leave the company on no prior notice. Recruitment happens for one location with a decided ctc for a expected requirement .If no requirement comes forcing associate to relocate forcefully or leave the company. Not a good company to join ,as company do layoff if no project for a Associate for 3 month this happens for Associate inside the company or a lateral recruits. No clear policy of promotion and no hikes. Poor HR policy and processes. Support staff is too difficult to handle. Works purely on customer req,no stability can be guarantee Not employee friendly Thing twice before joining tech mahindra No IT ethics happens in tech mahindra Layoff happens quiet frequently No growth in terms of technical and leadership.

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
