Vantaggi

Tech roles aside, you will find tremendous growth in techm if you 1. Pick up a sales roles/career 2. Are willing to tolerate the absolute lack of processes, systems, excessive delays, extra long slas and paltry salary hikes Tech M does send people abroad for sales roles amd can quickly give a large portfolio of business to manage. Otherwise, if one is not particularly aspirational, it's easy to do the minimum work and earn a salary that will not grow much.

Svantaggi

Except sales, all other roles are pretty much disregarded. You can't expect guidance on career growth, clarity of kras, proactive upskilling or even an appraisal discussion. The organisation will decide to not give variable pay at a whim without informing anyone. Appraisal cycles are not defined and there is no transparency on how or when it will happen. In the name of a startup culture, techm works hard to not put the right systems or technology and there is no one to hold accountable. Definitely not a great place to work.

Vantaggi

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

Svantaggi

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
