Here at Tech Marketing Group, we do pride ourselves in transparency. Within our ads, we never post that we offer benefits, paid-time-off, vacation time, or "hierarchy" benefits. All of our positions are entry-level in which salary positions are negotiable based on level of experience, not entirely based on educational achievement. Working at Tech Marketing Group requires grit, but candidates who are willing to push themselves to complete our training program have the opportunity to achieve management. Also, Tech Marketing Group enjoys weekly meetings in which our employees express their long-term and short-term goals, not only career goals, but also their personal goals. As such, we do admire those who are able to show self-management skills and build our individuals up, as well as those who show us that they have improved on their self-management skills, will be rewarded and acknowledge for their efforts. Taking ownership for one's own shortcomings is the only way for a person to excel and progress here; making mistakes is human, and at Tech Marketing Group, talking one-on-one between our entry-level individuals and our trainers is necessary for progress.
