It was good earlier 1year back.

Banglore Management doesn't behave like corporate .Its monotonic . Unprofessional HR. They will screw you while relieving an employ .even though employ doesn't working in any of the clients. No work life balance. Very low PF . They will tell that they will process H1B visa and have some ODC projects. But not at all true. No proper communication while you working with clients regarding the contract period or next assignment. Please check your salary slips always their is missmatch. For the correction or any work you need to beg HR at leat 2 to 3 times. No proper form 16. For the correction of Form 16 also you need to fight. No proper co operation from HR. Never ever join this company

Management is very transparent, No hidden/false commitments. Easy access to top level management . Nice and co operative HR (Vanessa) . Nice Health Plan and lot more flexibility.

Svantaggi

Need more interaction with employees , at least once in a month get together or something similar.

* Management is inexperienced to run a service company * you should read ur offer letter very carefully , because it designed to take as much money from u when u r leaving the company * a handful of clients , it means they they will struggle to place u , the bright side of joining a service company to switch projects is totally dim here. * non existent hr system , no polices are good! they change the policies every now and then to maximize employee damage *dont trust these guys! get it written if they commit to anything , because they are worst at keeping up their commitment. Actually they won't honor even a written statement. * zero prospects of development here, no training * it's a small company filled with relatives of directors , nepotism * no official meetings to give out. Details of company related information. Looks like its running bad , so they don't want to disclose any in meetings with employees
