-Flexible: Work from home or from the office. They don't care- as long as the work gets done!
-Pay: Pay is super fair. And consultants have a new pay structure (as of May 2018)- they are no longer incented to hit 40 hours per week. They are incented to keep their project profitable (I saw the review below- this issue was addressed by the new comp model!)

-Smaller company so there are limited resources. You really have to be resourceful when there are problems. The CEO, COO and senior architects are always willing to help out whenever needed.
-Not a lot of people to meet. Obviously with a smaller company, you're not always going to hh after work and meeting new people. Maybe in a few years when there are more people based in Minneapolis! Right now, there are 6 in Mpls, the rest are around the U.S.
