Different hiring requirements keep the work from getting boring. No micromanaging by the higher-ups. Helpful team members. Good exposure to sourcing, screening, and client communication-related work. Flexible setup. Pay and benefits in line with industry standards.

Hiring targets sometimes increase without warning.

Very diverse workplace. People from different culture and of different colors are easily accepted here. No cultural discrimination whatsoever. I've learned a lot from these people. Though that doesn't mean everyone is easy to work with. There's also a lot of conflicts, but generally, getting accepted for the job if you're of different race and color won't be a problem here.

Endless workload because of the lack of people that management blatantly ignores! Long hours couldn't keep up with the amount of work because what we really need is more hands to do the job! Everyday's been brutal, exhausting, and the longer we work here, made us feel like our lives are draining!! Though I used to enjoy the job, now it feels like a punishment! I had to drag myself to go to work, and it's the same for everyone. Never seen morale have sunk as low as what we have here now! It's disheartening and discouraging, especially when you see good people leaving because everything seemed so hopeless!!
