Every Partner I have interacted with in my 3 years here has been a pleasure to work with. Great reputation in the industry which allows me to have an open door for BD. Their reputation is a direct result of the fact that the firm really cares about ethics and has a zero tolerance for any unethical behavior. Access to the partner network when I don't have an answer that I need for my client.
