Good projects and technologies used. The CEO is cool. But not other management team. Some employees were helpful others were downright rude!

A lot of office politics. Juniors don't respect seniors. And that is allowed by the management. I haven't received my 40k promised to me for freelancing after leaving the company. Its been 11 months now. Some part of my FnF is till not disbursed. they disbursed a partial full and final after 4 months of me leaving the job!!! Very slow appraisals as compared to other startups. Appraisals are given but they come into affect after 3 months of getting the letter. So appraisals are done after very 15 months not 12 months.
