At lease lunch should be done in some relaxing environment not in excessive heat in summer. They will hire you on the basis of some stack and will ask you to work on another stack with total commitment. They will train you more on the pixel perfect design rather than the main things like backend development or cloud platforms because they work on remote jobs.
