Those who perform are rewarded fairly, and such people usually work very long term here as a family. Peers and seniors are very co-operative and they will mentor you to realize your goals. Flexible Working hours, not too stressed. Weekends are usually free with some exceptions being an IT industry. Overall a very nice and fun filled place to learn and grow your career.
