Say they are an ethical company but behind the scenes it's the total opposite. Management and H.R. are so unprofessional. It's common place for employees to be yelled at and humiliated in front of others making for a hostile work environment. One director acts untouchable and has no discretion, tact or diplomacy, and warns employees who they can and cannot talk to - a big bully. Forget bringing wrong-doings to light because it will go no where and they will make you pay. A recent company wide anonymous questionnaire was done and the skeletons were pulled from the closet. Hope the owners take action as there are serious problems at TechFlow.

We appreciate your comments both the Pros and the Cons. We strive to hold all employees - directors, managers and human resources to the same ethical standards. We are proud of our 20 years in business, and we realize that we can always do better. We strive to engage our employees and encourage them to provide open and honest feedback.
