No Concept of work life balance, you are called when you are on vacations, weekends, no visibility of new business.
Poor operations management, lack of leadership. No wonder company has not grown in the last 3 years.
During my 3 year tenure I saw many people being hired on full time basis and were promised a lot but hiring is only seasonal ( they have one project which starts picks up in October and runs till July). People are hired around August/September time frame and asked to leave by April.
