Not many cons to speak of. Pay could have been better, but as an engineering student, the experience in developing clients and projects, hands-on skills with rapid prototyping, and real design projects all outweighed any pay difference that could've existed.

Great team to work with. There is so much growth happening with manufacturing right now so it's exciting to be in that space. Management is friendly and responsive.

There may be too much reliance on student interns, making projects harder to continue seamlessly.
