I've been a Business Development Executive at TechLink Systems for 2years, and it has been an enriching experience. One thing I appreciate about working at TechLink Systems is the emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The company also provides access to a variety of training resources and encourages employees to take on new challenges. I've personally benefited from mentorship opportunities and have seen many colleagues progress to higher roles within the organization, I've started as a junior BDE and in one year promoted to a Sr. BDE. I've always felt valued and supported in my role, thanks to their leadership.
