There are many basic facility/mangement are missing: 1) No Accounting, Salary slip will be given 2-3 months after salary credit. 2) No projects. 3) Most of the people in senior level dont know how to speak English. They talk in local language. 4) Long Office timings. And need to fill too many timesheets. 5) Management has no budget for anything. If you want to do any cultural activity, employee need to pay from his pocket. 6) CEO of company behaving like a headmaster. 7) As employee is not completed his task because of which he is staying late or working on weekends, So there is no comp off or late night meals.
