Its been 1 year since I started working for TechRBM and found really good work atmosphere here.

No cons found till now.

I worked at TechRBM as a UI/UX Designer, and it was a genuinely positive experience. The best part was that design was not limited to just screens — I was involved in understanding user problems, planning flows, and working closely with .NET and Java developers to shape features. The feedback process was healthy and constructive. Seniors encouraged me to think from the user’s point of view, and timelines were usually realistic. I also got exposure to building design systems, SaaS dashboards, and AI product interfaces, which added real strength to my portfolio. The workplace felt professional, transparent, and organized.

A few projects required quick iterations near release dates, which could make schedules tight at times.
