Flex hours and schedule because they never have coverage shortages. Environment is excellent. Professional development excellent. Block off 1 paid hour daily to study for industry certifications. Very straightforward time tracking submissions. Need more cross-office activities / get-togethers. I'm in the Delaware office. Be nice to get the offices together more often.
