I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this company and The decision to join this company has turned out to be a worst nightmare. - The management has consistently displayed unethical behavior, including keeping employees' money and failing to honor commitments. - They have a policy of loyalty bonus where they will keep a big amount of your monthly salary and give you once you complete 2 years. The policy also says to give you appraisal after completing a year, but they don't give appraisal after a year in name of financial loss and harass you, so you leave company and they can keep all the money. - There is a lack of clear communication, and queries are often ignored, leaving employees frustrated and undervalued. - They regularly deduct employee's TDS but pay that very late and you have to sent 10-20 reminders for that and to get your form 16. - Even for any small query or issues, you will never get timely and proper response, every small stuff needs endless reminders. - Promises of appraisals and growth opportunities are frequently broken under the guise of financial issues. - The pattern of deceit and negligence has created a toxic work environment where trust and morale are severely compromised.
