there is long list but i am not going to waste for that ,just see the highlights First timing if you came 1 min late then it is consider as short leave regardless that you have gone late for last some days due to work pressure , Second if you are fresher ,basically they dont want to hire an experience (because they can't afford ) but sometimes they have to unfortunately ..so if u are fresher ...they will still consider u as an exp. and there is no experienced employee to tell you how to do things performance appraisel ,omg what u said ,dont ask for money ,just do your work as machine intially they will give u nice package ,like 2-3 lakhs p.a. but reality if they will give u max of 1 lakh dont give your original certificate to them ,even no one ..that is crime as per law if someone take your certificate as a security , if you are going to take industrial training ,first of all it is not that industrial ,it is just source of there income ,they will not provide u system,i know they may be tell you at the time of admission ,hahah come be smart who will tell the truth at the time of income ,and magic happens after that,once you give second installment ,than they will not let trainer to teach you properly ,because their so called project are more important than you training now.so be aware there are so many more ,but i dont want to waste time for that ,u can understand from above highlight
