Techlene has given me immense learning opportunities over the years, and I’m truly grateful for that. Since it’s a growing company with a relatively lean structure, I got to take end-to-end ownership of projects — but at the same time, some things like structured mentorship, standardized DevOps pipelines, or access to latest enterprise-level tech were limited. This actually helped me become more self-reliant and flexible, but now I feel it’s time to move into an environment where I can work with larger distributed systems, more advanced architectures, and structured scalability practices.
