Vantaggi
Flexible working hours. Average pay. very demeaning for a software company to not have a pro because of the tech stuff they creating.
Svantaggi
A long list of cons 0. CEO is a daydreamer. sets unrealistic and never achievable goals. (compare his products to Google/Facebook) 1. Using a decade old tech stacks, using PHP as their backend and monolithic architecture for even new projects. CEO even do not have any idea about microservices when I asked him. 2. Full on Nepotism, all of upper management are their own family members. 3. Will promise you raise after every 3 months, but won't give any. Beware of any promises made during hiring which they will never give you even if you outperform. 4. Useless projects. 5. No learning curve as your code never gets reviewed, your team members do no give much inputs and insight on your work. 6. even company's top brass do not know best coding practices. 7. team is already developing a very flawed code base, so not much to gain. 8. have to attend useless seminars every thrusday for long 3 hours. 9. do not expect much career growth, if you join here. 10. sprints are not well planned, unrealistic goals, none of the spring ever gets completed. 11. Product manager is absent, that's why user stories always remain absent in JIRA tasks. 12. if you're stuck on a problem, no team member will assist you as told by me to a fellow team member "its your problem you should know how to resolve, 'google it' ". 13. They even don't give/sponsor your machine, you have burn your personal machine, very unprofessional. 14. Overall inexperienced, below average team and do not have much projects to survive in future.
