Dear Ex-Employee, Ours is a Diversity Hiring organization, we recognize the best talent from diverse backgrounds. Almost 80% of our Employees have stayed with the company from the start, a strong testament to a long term career path in Techmango. It is not easy to maintain this momentum with a diverse employee background/portfolio without attrition, the reason why we are being able to pull this is because of the maturity model of the organization as well as its employees. Having said this, we don’t encourage anyone in the hierarchy to be sophisticated, each one have a role to play in building up the organization.
