TMR is such a dynamic place to work and grow! From the moment I started, there was such a positive forward moving energy and I was able to make contributions to the team from day one. And it starts from the top down. The CEO has assembled a terrific team of people who go and do, instead of sitting and waiting to be told what to do. Her positive and encouraging energy is infectious and inspires all of us here to give nothing less than excellence. It has been a long time since I felt this excited to wake up every morning and go to work! TMR is the reason. Each day brings something new and challenging that pushes me to grow and stretch. My fellow team members are bright and very good at what they do. My input and skill sets are welcomed and valued by the team. Excellent benefits to include paid health insurance on yourself and low cost to add family members, employer contribution of 2% on your 401k even if you have not elected to participate! Plenty of time off and the opportunity to telecommute when inclement weather strikes.

A good place to start out.

There is no room to move up, if you get a tier 1 help desk role you will likely stay there and are better off moving to a different company. I liked some of the higher-up management, but I felt a lot of my coworkers created a hostile environment. More experienced peers get annoyed by questions, talk badly of customers and gossip, are often late and not as productive as they should be, etc. At times it feels like they prefer that over employees who show up on time and are productive.
