Great on the job training and lots of challenging work. Good people and a genuine desire to let employees share in company successes. Wide range of interesting clients in IT, medtech, pharma, and elsewhere.

Career development is a little slow.

The culture focuses on its people and it clients. It is an engaging, inclusive and respectful place to work. It is supportive, diverse and has built in opportunities for advancement.

Currently there is no cons in working here for me.
