No induction. No HR. Not even regular customary Diwali wishes email. Old and used laptops. Minimum wage pay.

Both the people i work with and the work culture are incredibily helpful and cooperative

Not a fair reward. No improvement of skills. In short, you will work 9.5 hour , finish your work, and then return home.
