Quite flexible working hours, no micro management, work life balance, salary & claims paid on time, so far haven't got any rejection. Do not force the staff to OT. Allowed to claim on medical, optical, dentals and insurance. Apply leave always got approved. Great colleagues, friendly, helpful and minimal to no politics. The managers are great too & speak respectfully to staffs. There is annual dinners & holiday celebrations. office environment quite nice.

Higher level management changes decision from time to time, hard to work when the direction is not the same from last week to this week. Although Public listed but feels like this is a family's business. No medical card, no company trip, no OT claims (provides replacement leave instead). No bonus & increment, unless you apply with the management.

Fast-paced seems like forcing to make you keep working harder, but its actually to make you a better person in the future. They also believe that smaller group of people didn't seem to stop them from delivering the final product to the client.

Many people didn't see the advantage of the company until they really spent some time (or years) in the company. Not enough people in certain projects.
