      -Very close-knit working environment -Company will treat employees to outings from time to time -Generous bonus structure (although I do not believe some of the bonus opportunities are still available)

      -Leadership plays favorites, uses intimidation, and ignores input of lower-level employees -Sales tactics legal, but morally unsound -No room for advancement -Very infrequent salary pay raise -Workload disproportionate based on which employees are consistent in performance vs. those who are not

      absolutely horrible work/office environment from upper management. massive power trips and at any given time of the day shouting matches can be heard throughout the office between operations manager and purchasing department. operations manager has a horrible way of showing appreciation for employees or even being able to tell them the truth,
