Technoform is a flat organization, it doesn't have the tranditional hierarchy managing structure you normally see at the typical American company. If you are a self-driving, ambious, goal-orented person, Technoform is the right company to work for. In Technoform, business is transparent, you are welcomed to check out company's budget plan, cash flow and blance sheet. You are not just someone sit in a cube and worry about your own tasks, You can get involved into so many other things you might be interested. You will add so many competencies in your professional development from Technoform. Technoform provides the best work and life harmony for me and my family. I have received the best family support from Technoform, I could go through the cancer treatment with my father while work remotely. I was able to work remotely for over a month while traveled to China to visit my family. There are so many opportunities to travel overseas within Technoform. This is the best company to utilize its global network and help people to gain more existing traveling experience. I have travelled to Germany, China, Spain in the past two years. I am very grateful for it. As far as benefits goes, Technoform provides all the health, dental, vision, 401K, short-term, long-term, life insurance paid vacation. etc. A few highlights about the benefits, paid vacation is outstanding in U.S. 25 days vacation days, you don't normally see companies get this generous; 14 weeks full pay maternity leave for women is awesome, if I am not wrong, men get 4 weeks of paternity leave as well. Compensation from Technoform is competitive in my personal opinion, as it is based on the fair market value and your contribution to the team. All in all, I like to work for Technoform. It is a great company to develop your professional career with.

Healthcare benefit could be better

A great place to work! It is a very flat organization; they give you a ton of freedom to make changes and get involved in the company at all levels of the organization. They are very supportive and flexible towards employees and give an amazing overall benefit package. Very family-oriented.

As they say "with great power comes great responsibility" so if you are looking for a company where you can clock in and clock out just to get a paycheck then this is not the place for you. They want people who are excited to get involved in driving the business forward and who are solutions-oriented.
